What a thrilling set of adventures we've planned!

We've traveled throughout Peru during the last 20 years. Leading groups into sacred sites, meeting Shamen and spiritual growing beyond our wildest dreams all happened here. Along the path we frequently found ourselves upon, there were also discoveries. Remarkable places we felt deserved further attention were always being added to our ever growing list. Now, after all this time, we have decided to open that list. These new trips are for those who have a yearning to go beyond the boundaries of Cusco, Machu Picchu and other well visited places.

It's time to go further...

Many of you have commented that you want to come back to Peru to experience something different. There's not much excitement if all you can do is the same trip with different trappings. So, with our long list of strange and amazing places in hand, we have chosen the first new trips we've offered in many years. Though a few of you have ventured to Markawasi (our first trip of 2008) and Nazca (our second trip) chances are you have not seen these two places the way we're going to show them to you. More about these two expeditions is just below. Take a few minutes to see if the adventure includes you. I have a feeling you are going to be astonished at what you missed on the "normal" (spiritual) tours. As I'll mention again and again throughout this site: These are places few have ever ventured into or seen! Not because of danger, but because it takes more time. Besides, there are few vendors in these places. Like it or not, most tours are set-up to make certain you are always near places of intense selling. It can't be helped in Peru or elsewhere unless you take a path less traveled.

The evolution of our trips has occurred. Kathy & I are excited to show you what we've found, where we've been, and best of all... allowing you extra time to dig deeply into the mystery!

We also have a special journey during August and September. Of course, we plan to travel into the Amazon jungle. Many of you want to experience Ayahuasca with an actual Shaman within the domain of the jungle, as it has been done for thousands of years. This trip will always be "on the books". For all we have ever experienced, this is the fast track to greater awareness and increased consciousness. That's why I teach a portion of my class "The Mechanics of Consciousness" at the Amazon Rainforest Lodge each year. For most, the results most have are nothing short of incredible!

We decided to custom develop a special trip around new information we've gathered from our research in Bolivia. Kathy has found a few places not documented. For example, near Teohuanaco she discovered a huge face laid upon the altiplano. We have GPS coordinates and plan to stop our bus to hike over to it. Since no one has ever been there (well, maybe locals) you have a first hand opportunity to check this out.

Besides this location, we've found something astonishing near the doorway of Aramu Muru, a potential star chart within Sillustani and several immense stone blocks within this complex with cryptic designs. We're also interested to visit the site a meteor crashed into near Puno during 2007. Want to see this? So do we... We know where it is and will take you along!

M A R K A W A S I

We begin 2008 by visiting one of the greatest mystery places on Earth: MARKAWASI. To add more excitement to this trip we have decided to be there during a full moon and at the winter solstice (for south America it's June 21st). Why is this important? Because we found something no one knew existed...

It was during this time a few years ago that Kathy & I discovered something no one has ever seen before, or since... and we’re going to show you where to be set up to help us document this for the first time in history!

You see, Markawasi has many secrets only revealed during a full moon or, at sunrise during the summer and winter solstice. Bring your camera and video equipment. This is a rare opportunity to document something few have ever experienced.

Ok, in case you aren't familiar with this place, Markawasi is a stone museum left untold ages ago for the future by an unknown race. At 13,000 feet, it is quite an accomplishment. Here you find massive stone faces, animals, and a 4 story stone head with a face on the east and west side of the stone outcropping.

This is a place of intense strangeness. Paranormal events happen every time we visit the plateau. If you're looking for a real adventure into ancient realms and consciousness, and the opportunity to help document our findings, this is the place. Ask anyone who has ever been there and they'll tell you it's the strangest place on Earth. And we'll be there for 3 nights/ 4 days looking that mystery right in the eye!

From Markawasi we head back to Lima to clean up and stow away part of our gear. The next morning we travel south across the coastal deserts of southern Peru. Many of the sites we’re heading to are the strange and unexplainable places Kathy and I personally explored while taping episodes of Xpeditions TV. Kathy & I carefully choose locations we are taking you into. This is NOT a tourist trip by any stretch, though there will be great fun times and the opportunity to see a few of the "normal" attractions in the areas we pass through!

During this adventure you visit the strange holes and burial pit at Humay, climb into the ancient wells of Cantayo, wander the forgotten plaza of Cahuachi and ride sand buggies across gigantic sand dunes at one of the driest deserts in the world. You visit the museum of Dr. Javier Cabrerra in ICA City and examine the alien looking elongated skulls of the star gods in a local archeological museum. From here we journey deep into the desert to explore an ancient place where the bones of dinosaurs have been found sticking out of the sand. We've been told the remains of humans are found here as well. No one ever gets to this place, aside from a few archeologists and the locals who live nearby. In other words, this place is always bypassed by the mainstream traveler. But you aren't mainstream, are you...

This is one of the most
exciting trips we have ever offered!

In my excitement I almost forgot to mention our flight over the PALPA lines! Few ever see these extraterrestrial looking figures etched into the desert and mountain tops. These geoglyphs are much older than those found at Nazca,  In fact, many of the Nazca lines are placed above and over these incredibly old figures. Kathy & I also want to show you one of these which is the strangest desert geoglyph ever found - and Kathy is the one who found it using Google Earth after weeks of searching! What she discovered is this figure has as much (or possibly more) mathematical equations within it than the pyramids of Egypt. And, it is believed to be thousands of years older!

If all goes as planned, I have an extra side expedition I'm certain you'll be excited to take part in. You see, we've heard about a cave used by the ancients that dives deep into the earth, ending upon an island somewhere off the Peruvian coast. We awaiting permission to enter. If granted, you are invited to help us document this previously unknown place.
